Program
Two: The Adolescent's Self-Image
This program explores the
attitudes and feelings of the adolescent as s/he struggles to examine personal
beliefs and behaviors. Students at the Maslow-Toffler School of Futuristic
Education in Brentwood, New York, demonstrate classroom simulations that
can help young people learn to assume responsibility for their own self-actualization.
Dr. Gerry Edwards continues demonstrating the “Fishbowl,” Milt Siler conducts
an Orientation activity called “My Bag,” while in an adjacent classroom
other students are “Breaking In.”
